Choir Training School
This course aims to develop the student’s voice, from their breathing, body posture, and tuning, to the very art of singing itself, using the method left by maestro Alejandro Zuleta.
Objectives
Make the student aware of different types of breathing for singing.
Work on body posture to achieve correct sound emission.
Improve the students’ tuning through interval and scale exercises.


Stages
Prepare the body’s musculature: Relax and adopt a comfortable and controlled body posture for singing.
Breathing exercises: Begin training different types of breathing and learn to briefly recognize the muscles involved in singing.
Integrate and understand the functioning of the respiratory, phonation, and articulation organs.
Begin to create awareness about the voice as an instrument.
Perform tuned warm-up exercises in major scales

Perform children’s choral works with instrumental accompaniment.
Learn to dissociate choir voices
